CAMBRIDGE, MASS. (January 11, 2022) - Codio has partnered with edX to offer hands-on computer science and data science courses to learners across the world. Codio will be launching three courses on edX.org as part of a Professional Certificate in C++, with courses and certificates in Java and Python to follow.
Codio’s innovative learning platform is fully integrated with edX programming, meaning learners need only a web browser and internet connection to enroll in Codio courses, according to Patrick Ester, Codio’s Director of Content. “The Codio platform and our courseware are designed specifically to reduce the barriers to entry for novice programmers.
Learners can use the hardware they already have — even a Chromebook or tablet — without the need to install additional software. This makes our courses accessible to learners who may not have access to certain technical requirements for other online courses.”
