Abstract

Codio’s 2025 Data Science and Analytics Talent and Skills Survey analyzes the current landscape regarding data analytics talent acquisition, development, and management across various industries. Based on responses from 111 senior executives responsible for hiring and overseeing data science and analytics teams, this white paper offers valuable insights into the skills gap that continues to challenge organizations in effectively utilizing data-driven decision-making. We found that data science and analytics education programs can bridge the talent gap by leveraging technology to overcome critical scalability barriers.
