Abstract

The cybersecurity landscape is evolving at a rapid pace, with threats growing more sophisticated and the need for skilled professionals increasing. Yet, many organizations struggle to fill this talent gap.

This white paper draws on two key studies—one from cybersecurity executives and another from education leaders—to highlight critical gaps and offer solutions for more effective cybersecurity training and workforce development.
