Codio announces new curriculum aligned to the CSTA Standards and K12 Framework lead by Daniel Moix, standing member of the CSTA Standards Committee. Any Codio customer has full access to two new courses - one for high school and one for middle school. The courses cover wide ranging topics such as programming, Big Data, cyber-security, algorithms, databases and ethics. Codio classes are integrated into the Codio platform.

Codio is releasing new curriculum content that maps to the CS K12 Framework. It features content for Middle Schools and High Schools covering topics such as algorithms, programming, computing systems, networks, cyber security and data analysis.

Blended learning classes combine a mix face-to-face and web-based instruction, where 30%-70% of the instruction is delivered fully online. Codio is perfect to use in a blended learning classroom.

The CSTA has called called an “unacceptable” computer science education system, it released a framework that promises to prepare our children for the digital world they will inherit.
